Monday – Friday: 1 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9 -– 11 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m.
Guests should plan to arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before their ticketed time, and may be subject to a wait up to 30 minutes before boarding the ship.
Yes, free timed tickets will be required. These free tickets will be available online 48 hours in advance of each day (Saturday, May 4 for tours on Monday, May 6; Sunday, May 5 for tours on Tuesday, May 7; etc.). These timed tickets will minimize the amount of time visitors must wait for tours. Each guest must have a ticket.
Links will be posted daily on this website and on the Fleet Week Miami Facebook page, beginning on Saturday, May 4 at 8 a.m. Remember, the tickets will only be available 48 hours in advance and until all tickets have been reserved for that day. Tickets are expected to go fast, so check the page early each day.
Infants and toddlers are not allowed for safety reasons, and child care is not available at the terminal. Children should be around 5 years old and able to climb stairways and ladders without assistance. Strollers are not allowed and children cannot be carried or ride in a carrier for safety reasons.
Each guest may reserve up to 6 tickets for one ship tour. If you require more than 6 tickets, you will need to make another reservation for the additional tickets.
You may only select one ship for each online reservation. You can reserve a tour on another ship on a separate reservation, but note that they are docked at different terminals (Terminals B and E) and there is a 10-15 minute walk. Allow at least two hours between the first tour time and the second.
Tours of the Amphibious Assault Ship will be given at the Norwegian Cruise Line® Terminal B and tours of the Cruisers and Cutter will be given at Terminal E. Click here for PortMiami parking information. Guests are encouraged to use ride share apps and public transportation, where available.
All visitors MUST print out their tickets and bring a government-issued photo ID (adults over 18). Foreign nationals must bring a passport.
Sandals, flip flops, heels, and any kind of open-toed shoes ARE NOT PERMITTED for safety reasons. You will be denied boarding if you do not have proper footwear. Wear rubber soled sneakers or walking shoes. Also, shorts or pants are suggested for women. Avoid jewelry or straps that might get caught on a ladder or ship's equipment.
